We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions: the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, the wrong product was delivered, or the product significantly differs from the description on our website. Returns are not accepted for: products damaged due to misuse or improper handling, products that have been used or installed, or change of mind after the 7-day period.
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at 03058175285 or email us at info@hit4buy.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged). Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (for COD orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
If your product arrives damaged, please take photos immediately upon opening and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
